⭐ Right to withdraw and withdrawal request

As part of new EU consumer protection requirements, companies in several EU markets will be required from June 19, 2026 onwards to provide customers with an electronic option to submit withdrawal requests (for eligible online purchases within 14 days after purchase).


Since products from your venue can be purchased online via Eversports, we are introducing a structured withdrawal request process on the Eversports platform. This helps you handle online sales in a legally compliant way and transparently inform customers about their rights.


💡 What’s included

In a nutshell:

  • Your customers can withdraw from the purchase of a product (time cards, block cards, or memberships) by submitting a withdrawal request directly through their Eversports online account.
  • 📩 Once submitted, the customer's withdrawal request is automatically sent to your company email address.
  • This gives you the opportunity to review the request and respond accordingly.
