We’ve released several enhancements to make the substitution process smoother and clearer for studios, managers, and teachers.
🔍 Improved filter options
It’s now easier to find the substitution requests that matter most. You can filter by status or location and save your filter settings, so your preferred view appears automatically next time.
✉️ Automated customer notifications
Studios can now automatically notify customers once a substitution has been confirmed. When enabled in the extension settings, registered customers who have opted in to notifications will receive an email as soon as a substitution is assigned.
🛑 No unnecessary emails when copying requests
Copying the link of an existing substitution request no longer triggers a notification email, helping prevent duplicate or unwanted messages.
