We’ve released several enhancements to make the substitution process smoother and clearer for studios, managers, and teachers.

What’s improved

🔍 Better filter options
It’s now easier to find the substitution requests that matter most to you. You can filter by status or location and choose to remember your filter settings — so your preferred view appears automatically next time.

✉️ Automated customer notifications
Studios can now automatically notify customers when a substitution has been confirmed. Once activated in the extension settings, customers who are registered and accept notifications will receive an email as soon as a substitution is assigned.

🛑 No unnecessary emails when copying requests
Copying the request link for an already existing substitution request no longer triggers a notification email. This prevents duplicate or unwanted messages.
