We’ve released several enhancements to make the private sessions set-up smoother and clearer for studios, managers, and teachers.
🔄 Resource conflict checks now also work for recurring appointments.
📧 When editing or cancelling recurring appointments, only one email is sent, listing all affected appointments.
🗓️ Drag & drop private sessions to a new date or time in the calendar. You can also notify the teacher and customer about the changes.
⚠️ If a resource conflict occurs while dragging & dropping, the edit window opens and highlights the conflict so you can review and adjust the teacher or room before saving.
