❗2FA Mandatory for All User Roles

As of 11th of May, 2026:

Now mandatory for everyone with access to Eversports Manager, regardless of their role. 


💡 What’s changing

  • After making it mandatory for Admins, Managers and Accountants it's now necessary for all roles with access to the Manager
  • Create individual accounts for each person that enters your Eversports Manager 

🔐 Why this matters

Using shared email addresses creates several issues: if one instructor leaves, the password would need to be changed for everyone, which is a security risk and operational burden.

Individual logins solve this by:

  • Allowing clear tracking of actions per user in the Manager
  • Enabling quick and secure removal of access when someone leaves
  • Improving overall account security
  • Supporting individual 2FA (two-factor authentication) for each user
  • Allowing instructors to independently check class attendance (who is present or missing)

🔧 Quick setup overview (2FA)

To set up access correctly:

  1. Create a personal customer profile with a unique email address for each user
  2. Assgin the appropriate access right (e.g. trainer permissions) in the Eversports Manager
  3. Ensure each user logs in with their own credentials
  4. Activate 2FA for each individual account (to be able to log in)
