⭐ Multi-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Introducing mandatory 2FA — a stronger layer of protection for your studio

As of December 1st 2025:

Mandatory for Admins, Leading Employees and Tax consultants
optional for all other manager roles ( employee, teacher, external teacher

💡 What’s changing

  • MFA adds a second verification step when logging in (password + 6-digit code)

  • Ensures only authorized users can access your studio data

  • Meets European security and data protection standards

  • Mandatory for Admins, Managers, and Accountants starting December 1, 2025

  • Optional for all other roles (will be expanded over time)

🔐 Why this matters

Your Eversports account includes sensitive information: customer data, payments, memberships, and booking history.
2FA protects your studio even if a password is stolen, guessed, or shared.

🔧 Quick setup overview (2FA)

  1. Log in to your Eversports Manager
When 2FA is available for your account, you’ll see a prompt to set it up after logging in.

  2. Download an Authenticator app
On your phone, install an app like Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, or Authy.

  3. Scan the QR code (or enter the setup key)
On the 2FA setup screen in the Eversports Manager, you’ll see a QR code.
Open your Authenticator app, add a new account, and scan this QR code (or manually enter the setup key shown on screen).

  4. Enter the 6-digit code
Your Authenticator app now shows a 6-digit code for Eversports.
Type this code into the field in the Manager and confirm.

  5. Save your recovery codes
Download or copy your recovery codes and store them in a safe place. You’ll need them if you lose access to your phone.

💡 Pro tip

Use the “Stay signed in for 30 days” option on your personal device to avoid entering a verification code every time.
(Do not use this on shared studio computers.)
