We’ve improved private session bookings to give you more flexibility in how you manage appointments and make it easier for your customers to book available time slots online.
⚙️ Choose between booking requests and direct online bookings
You can now decide how customers book your private sessions. In addition to the existing booking request option, you can also make your private session offers available for direct online booking.
With direct bookings, your customers can:
- Book an available time slot instantly
- Receive immediate booking confirmation
- Skip the approval step required for booking requests

🗓️ Manage availability for direct bookings
Direct bookings are based on teacher or trainer availability. Your teachers and trainers can manage their own schedule by:
- Setting a default availability
- Adding custom availability
- Blocking time with time off
Customers will only be able to book during available time slots. If no availability has been set, direct booking won't be available, but customers can still submit booking requests (if you've enabled them).
